At Poder In Action, we believe we have to build collective power to get a world where BIPOC and working class people can live, move, and love free from oppressive systems.
Our Theory of Change is how we make it happen.
We build power through growing our base, developing organizers, shifting mainstream culture, and building strategic alliances.
Then we exercise that power through elections, policy changes, accessing resources, and building outside the state to reclaim our agency and autonomy.
